I've been taking Nature's Bounty Biotin 10,000 mcg for a few weeks now, and I've honestly noticed a difference. Biotin for the hair win!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Whenever I feel my hair shedding is increased I do find biotin enriched supplements to help me along. I like this one because the pills are tiny but have a good amount of supplement to make a difference. It is also one of the more affordable brands out there!

I've been taking this biotin supplement daily and so far I really like it.The softgels are easy to swallow and don't have an unpleasant taste. I appreciate that is supports hair,skin and nails.My nails already feel a bit stronger and I'm excited to see more results with continued use.
