My experience was horrible

My experience was very bad item was not as advertised plus they sent me an after market remote and the game was missing I had to call the vendor directly so they could send me the game. Also it was suppose to come with the original box but it came with no box and the packaging was garbage. They stuffed the ps3 in a box with a bunch of used Amazon bubble envelopes. Very unprofessional. Also the boxed arrived broken due to the horrible packaging.
