Baker's chocolate whatever flavor is wonderful. It has always been a part of the holidays in our house. It melts beautifully in the German chocolate cake recipe that is on their box. It has a very sweet taste and smooth texture.

However the point is that this brand Baker's German Sweet Chocolate for baking is getting difficult to find and that Walmart has it at a good price was something I could not pass up.
