I love the high protein count in these bars and that they actually taste good. I started eating these as part of my workout plan to add more protein to my diet. I sometimes eat them as a snack so I don’t binge on junk food or candy bars. These are also gluten free. Highly recommend!!!

Smooth creamy peanut butter (no chunks) and the taste is pretty good. I like that it has 20 grams of protein, but it does have 11 grams of sugar alcohol. At 230 calories, these are good for a quick pick-me-up snack, but not a meal replacement.
