I've been using this product for over 10 years! 🤯 I suffer severely with migraine headaches,and it takes it sublingually under your tongue. A little Pepsi works best to dissolve it, or an iced tea 🥤. One packet will do, and it takes it from a migraine headache to a regular headache that's much more manageable with Tylenol. I would recommend this to anyone, but please check with your doctor because certain medical restrictions do apply, especially if you're on blood thinners or have any other issues. BC powder is the best medicine for headaches or body aches. It works extremely fast. I stir mine in a cup of cold water and then drink it. Mixing it with water keeps me from coughing so much when taken.
