it is personal, but if anyone has the same problem, this maybe helpful to them, my oldest daughter ended up with the shingles that she'd never had before, and this cream really helps with the irritation of the burning and itching, i highly recommend...if your not allergic to it...that is. its always best to see a doctor for it of course, even with the antibiotic the doctors give you for it, it does prevent the spread, however, it doesn't make it go away, it goes away after 2 to 5 weeks on its own, but with this cream, it actually helps.

An Old Favorite

A very old favorite made a comeback for me. It softens skin and heals small cuts and abrasions. Not just for diaper rash any longer. I keep some in the kitchen for when I burn my arm on that oven rack. It's thick enough to stay in place. And thin enough to spread.
