If you need sustained energy, without a jittery feeling, Six Star Pre-Workout is for you. But be careful what you ask for, as this product will deliver. As with any new product I use, my recommendation is to start slow. Also, I use lower amounts of pre-work before doing cardio exercise, as that type of exercise will inherently raise your pulse rate, so not much need for an outside source. That being said, this product delivers a 'Yeah!' feeling, which makes longer workouts (or doing projects around the house/errands) much mo' betta! Personally, I mix up servings and keep them cold in the fridge, ready to go. It is a little tart, but personally, I like that because it lets me know, 'Houston, we are Go Fly!' One other side note, try this product earlier in the day, as the energy lasts a long time. So if going to workout at 7pm and you are normally in bed by 1030pm, less is more. Great results, Good Price.
