What a relief...
If you are one like me who does yard work only a few times a year then you know what it does to your back. But if you want to reduce the pain, put this one on before you begin your yard work and you can feel significant reduction is pain. Whenever there is backache, I put this on and the pain goes away within 24 hours.

bought this for when i do yard work. it is adjustable so i can make it as loose or as tight as i want. i have a very bad back to where sometimes even walking is near impossible. i put this on my back and have two knee braces on i can actually mow the lawn again and not be crippled by the time i'm done. my back actually feels better after wearing it and take it off. now anytime my back starts to act up i'll put it on for a few minutes then take it off and viola' the pain is gone. i highly recommend this for those who suffer back troubles.

The only negative, but not that bad, is that sitting down it may not be so comfortable because it digs into your body, specially if you carry more weight than its normal for your height and build.
