Had to season for first use but after that, eggs no longer stick to pan. This is the perfect size pan to scramble four eggs and because it's lighter than traditional cast iron, it's easier to use. The longer handle means the pan can be lifted off the heat source without using a pot holder. This has replaced my other non-stick frying pans! I highly recommend this!
