Having to eat Gluten Free Amy's is by far the best option. Cooking in the microwave is easy to do and the food comes out hot and moist ready to eat. I wish my freezer was bigger so I could buy 6 at a time. It is my favorite food item. Her brand is in Wal Mart and she has several different items which Are delicious also. Eat Up

Amazing meal

This has become one of my favorite vegetarian meals. It's much better if you use an oven instead of a microwave. It's delicious and the texture is fresh, not at all mushy like some other brands I've tried. You get a good amount of food in one bowl. I usually can't finish all of it in one sitting and thankfully it still tastes great as leftovers.
