Derby is the best tasting canned tamale brand. Add a salad and dinner is done. Great for lunch or dinner. Especially in winter when you have been out in the cold. Or if you just want/need a quick dinner without having to prepare a feast. They are wonderful and go out of stock a lot due to their yumminess.

I used to eat these when I was in college back in the late 70s. I had no idea they were still around. So much better than Hormel! Derby's are not drowned in that awful fat sauce. Much dryer like an authentic tamale.
