I use these collagen peptides every morning in my yogurt or beverage. They are much cheaper than the name brand with pretty much the same ingredients. They are a tad grittier, but still mix into anything just fine. I prefer the no flavor peptides as the others have sweetener in them I do not care for. They taste like nothing so they will not alter the taste of what you are eating or drinking. Great for hair, nails and skin.

The equate brand is every bit as good as the name brand. The only collagen peptides I’ve found for a better price is when buying in bulk from Sprouts.
