The packaging is different now, but it's the same mix. They changed the pancake recipe on the packaging to one that has a better ratio of milk-to-mix, but for some reason doesn't call for an egg anymore. I think I liked the old recipe better (even though we always had to add more mix to get a good consistency) Picture of the new packaging is attached.

We have been buying smaller boxes (different brand) at the local market and always thought that it was on the expensive side. Saw this on the Sam's site and decided to try it. More economical and tastes pretty good for Gluten Free. Seems to need just a touch more mix to get the consistency I look for when making waffles, we usually add chopped pecans to it and it is scrumptious.
