Should have tried it sooner!
diabetic type 2 for over 20 years, first time trying this and it works great. I take it at night before bed and my blood sugar is between 95-115. It was higher in the mornings. I use to take Ozempic, but I can't get it anymore. Non-diabetic people are using it for weight loss. Diabetics can't get it or it cost over $450 per month now. I was paying $24.99 a month. It also helps my joints and mobility a lot. My knees and wrists aren't so sore now. Cinnamon works great.
