Microwave - From Chilled - Remove outer sleeve from tray. Puncture inner pouch and leave in tray. Heat on high for 2 to 3 minutes or until product is heated thoroughly. Remove from microwave and let stand for 1 minute. Carefully open pouch and empty product into a serving dish. Caution: Tray and product will be hot. Cooking tines vary with microwave; stated time is for a 1100 watt oven. Adjust cooking times accordingly. Oven cook - From Chilled - (Do not use tray in the oven) Pre-heat oven to 350°F. Remove outer sleeve and tray. Open inner pouch and empty product into an oven-safe pan. Cover pan with foil. Place pan in the oven and heat for 12 to 15 minutes or until the product is heated thoroughly. Let stand for one minute and serve. Caution: Pan and product will be hot.
