Bent hot water tap
Upon opening the package, it was discovered that the hot water dispenser nozzle was bent at a 70 degree angle. It did not look like it was damaged in transit as the package was intact and had not rips or tears in it. The Brewer was never taken out of the case but was returned to the local Walmart where customer examined it and delivered a full refund of the charges. Very pleased with the way Walmart handles issues like this.
