This is the best yogurt smoothie I have been able to find in stores. They taste really good and I like to drink one every day, if I can. The price is reasonable and cheaper than a lot of others, but the drink is awesome and I get a lot more for my money. I have been looking around for the strawberry banana smoothies because those are the ones I like and that is the one I get every time. Those are delicious. It's a cold beverage, so you will need to refrigerate. I suppose you could have one any time of the day, even only for a snack. I highly recommend these to anybody that likes smoothies. Well, yogurt smoothies.anyway.

The yogurt that works on the gut

OK, so I was looking for a decent size drinkable yogurt to have with my coffee in the morning because I don't have much of an appetite first thing and let me tell you these are delicious but boy oh boy they did a number on me because I do have IBS not in a bad way so if you're looking to use the bathroom, these are the way to go. They've got that gut health so they get you going. Let's just say that in a good way.

Love this brand of yogurt smoothie. It's a better choice if you prefer not to become a victim of additives that are cancerous and cause inflammation in the body! If you don't want that then this is your go to for yogurt smoothie. it's not the only good choice but it is the least expensive and tastes great! Very pleased with this brand!
