This is the best conditioner ever. If you use Garnier hair color, you get a small bottle of conditioner. I always wished I could buy a big bottle of it. Well now you can. This is the same conditioner. It’s a hair filler and makes your hair feel thicker, soft and beautiful. Love it!!
