Wonderful, sugar-free way to get more fiber in your diet. They taste like candy, but don't eat a bunch at once! Between the fiber and the sugar alcohols, you'll either get bad gas of the runs. Uhg. If you're careful not to overindulge, they taste refreshingly light and sunny. Makes a nice palate cleanser after a greasy meal. It may help your body by absorbing/blocking the fat from being taken in by your body.

Fiber with vitamins just what I needed
My doctor recommended I take fiber for unidentified stomach pain. Also because I was so weak and exhausted she recommended I take B12 or B complex vitamins. A friend recommended the fiber gummies as being more pleasant to ingest than the liquid since it thickens before you can get it all down. While waiting to receive my order I went to the local drug store and bought the Vitafusion Weight Management Fiber Well gummies. Paid a lot. When I received my shipment from Walmart, I compared the 2 bottles and found that the ones bought locally contained the B12 I needed. I found that after taking for a week I was feeling less weak and exhausted. Have not been able to locate the Weight Management gummies on this site until today. I plan to order 2 bottles. It is much cheaper than buying the fiber and the B12 separately. The gummies taste good and seem more of a treat than something you need to take for health.
