VTech KidiBuzz 3 Smartphone for Kids, 5 MP, Black

I got this for a little girl I keep often on her 8th birthday. All she wanted for her birthday was a phone. This was the closest thing I could find without having a monthly fee for service. It's not a phone but she can text me or anybody I approve and add to her phone. All she needs in internet access. She really doesn't text. It somehow works from email. I download the chat app to my phone and it works alot like texting. She doesn't realize but she is learning. I've showed her to start sentences with a capital letter and end with a period or question mark It is helping her to read %26 spell. I also bout her a little bag to keep her charger in. She is also learning responsibility. When I gave it to her, I explained how it had to be charged and that if she lost her charger, she wouldn't be able to use it. I have her on weekends and told her she could take it with her but she had to keep up with it and take care of it. She has had it for 5 months now. I feel better with her having it as well. Love it.
