Disappointed

These overpriced Trader Joe's cookies tasted okay -- but they were stale. I'm a cookie lover so I've met very few cookies I didn't like. I didn't like the taste or texture of the shortbread for these cookies and the thin filling just wasn't flavorful. I've heard others say these cookies were good, so maybe this was just a bad batch, but, bottom-line -- these cookies were stale and nearly inedible.
