The design is so functional, I love the fact that you do not have to manually open a lid, just put it under the faucet and the lid will automatically tilt to let the water in. Finally, A Good Glass Filter
I spent weeks searching for a decent filter with a glass housing and was amazed at what a stranglehold the plastic industry has on the world of water filters. Apparently Brita released one once, but it's not available anymore, and some other company made one, but you can literally only buy it in Europe. It's quite bizarre. There's also the Soma, but by the sound of it, it's not a very good product. Then suddenly I stumbled upon the LifeStraw Home, a fairly new product, as it was still a Kickstarter in 2018. The product delivers clean, crisp water in a glass container, and my purchase contributes to a great environmental and humanitarian cause to boot. Glad I was patient in my search and found the LifeStraw Home.
