Excellent build quality

This helmet is very well constructed compared to competing models. The design and comfort are excellent. Only thing I would change is the visibility gap between the bill and face mask. My daughter said the mask sticks out too far which caused her to focus on the bars, and because the bars are placed so close to the bill that's all she could see. We easily modified ours (and kissed that warranty goodbye) to drop the face mask for better visibility. We are blocking softballs here, not golf balls! Now it's the best helmet she's worn in 7 years!
