Easy Install, Works Great!

I have a pedestal sink in my powder room with no place for a soap dispenser. This wall mounted dispenser was the perfect solution. It matches the Delta faucet and looks nice versus the "industrial" look of many dispensers. I do believe that the type of soap you use makes a huge difference in how your pump operates. Traditional liquid hand soap is too thick and gunks up the pump. I recommend a soap made for an automatic (battery operated motion sensor) dispenser. It's thinner and the proper consistency for this type of dispenser. I use the SimpleHuman refill soap made for their auto dispenser. It works great and my pump works excellent. So happy with this purchase!

Soap dispenser strips way too easiily

Works well but comes loose from the wall so requires tightening often, but unfortunately the plastic screwing into metal concept does not work well. The soap container strips very easily then will no longer hold in position (it just falls to the sink). I've been hunting for replacements of the just the soap container to no avail...
