We started giving these to our two little boys (2 %26 4) and we could tell a difference within 2-3 days that they were much less fussy in the mornings when they would take these at night! Our older one seemed less anxious and meltdowns seemed to be much more mild. A couple weeks in, we forgot to give them to them for a few days and we could tell! Could have been a coincidence - but, we've decided we're making sure they don't skip anymore days!
