Awesome boom box for a young music lover!!

This was the second purchase of a CD boom box for my son for Christmas because the first one was very poor quality (a different brand ) and the CD player part didn't work. I was so excited about this item when it arrived. Once we took it out of the box we realized the quality was better then we expected. Hooked it up, cranked it up & jammed out with our son. The remote control is fun for kids to use and the sound quality impressed as well. The only downfall was the reception of the radio. Even with an antenna it does not pick up most channels without static. I am not sure if this is due to where we live or the system itself. I still recommend this product for a kid aged 9-14...

I purchased the Supersonic radio to be used for praise and worship for the prison ministry. It was important to have a radio with a remote control which this radio has. The sound quality is excellent and the remote works great. I am glad I purchased it.

awesome for the price!

Everything works great and it's perfect for my garage. I can play anything from my old tapes, cds, mp3s and radio. ALL IN ONE FINALLY! I know that some folks have given bad reviews because it doesn't have an off button, but I am old enough to remember the two settings that stereos use to have, tape or radio. There was no off button because if you are not playing or rewinding a tape, it was off or you were on radio setting. Anyhow, the only things that I see could be improved is the display could be larger and folder search while on USB mode. (you have to use the remote control for that). GREAT RADIO FOR THE PRICE AND THE GARAGE!!
