Middle of the road...
Ive never had beef wellington before, and it coming from the chef, I thought it would be a good 1st time... but it was just ok. Cheap beef that has hard grissel pieces, and a little too salty. Other than that, I really liked the flavor! As for the crust, it too, was ok. Ascfor the value, its a tad bit over priced considering the cheap beef and you only get 5 balls. The meat is like frozen philly steak meat, it has an old meat taste to it. I tried it, but wouldnt order it again. Taste, texture, flavor, and value in my own opinion is in the middle, thats the reasons for the 3 stars.
