I was looking for a sauce to put over my chicken ,rice and vegetables. I chose this versus the stereotypical Louisiana hot sauce , and did not regret it ! I like a more Mexican flavored sauce (like Valentina hot sauce) , versus the tangy vinegary Louisiana style hot sauces out there (which are basically for buffalo wings). But honestly I think I prefer this even better than Valentina (less tangy) , more chili flavored.
