This is the best tasting pepperoni style salami that i've ever had. it does not use chemical nitrites nor nitrates to cure it, which is a big plus. the smoky flavor is just the right amount.It is not overpowering. the meat used is very lean. It has just enough fat to taste great. if you like to make your own pizzas.You must use this product. you'll be supporting farmers in america too. i buy these eight at a time and snack on them during the week. a delicious part of my carnivore diet.
