Tastes great and Good for you!

My brother needs low glycemic and his wife needs gluten-free. So I made some muffins and brought them to their house. Once I showed them the packaging they conceded and then they were in chocolate heaven! They couldn't believe it and I totally agree. Of course, I was eating them too. We know that eating healthy is something we should do and now you can with TruEats without sacrificing the taste we love about certain foods.

Delicious Muffins!

Mmm, dutch chocolate is my favorite, but keto friendly is even better. I made muffins because it's more portion friendly. These were so good it was hard not to eat them all up. If you need to watch the sugar, but miss your sweet treats, this might just be for you. They are delicious.
