I have purchased almost every brand I know of for my 92 year old mother. She said these seem to be the best so far, beating out the name brands like Depends and Tena. Her only complaint is that she said they seem to leak by her leg if she is on her side. Her waist is only about 26" but she won't wear any that are smaller than these, she can't stand anything tight on her these days.
