I bought this for my little one that struggles with constipation occasionally. I didn't want to continue relying on MiraLAX so I was looking for something a little more natural, if you will. This has been very helpful. No more hard stools and thank God no diarrhea. It can cause a little bloating and gas at first (it is annotated on the package) but it subsides after a while. I use a packet a day in juice every other day or every few days. Thankful to have found this option!
