Verified Purchase

The shipper tried hard to protect the chocolates from melting . Boxes were wrapped in a thermal wrap and a frozen ice pack was in the box . Unfortunately the ice pack was melted by the time it reached me . Bottom box of cherries were melted and uneatable.
