they actually do cool you down,because i sweat sometimes at night from the heat. i still sweat a little but now i wake up with hair not wet,wet,wet would definitely buy again. a little expensive for my wallet but i was so tired of waking up drenched in sweat and these stopped that best used for both head and shoulders at the same time for maximum coolness. they were worth every penny im 63 years old so post menopausal or menopausal women should treat themselves to these pillows. they were a Godsend

Fluffy, puffy . Certainly Not flat. Cooling side does stay cool, especially in the AC. Comfy side is just a normal pillow. Not firm, but firm enuf to give comfort when you lay your head down. As a side sleeper, I like it. Made well, and a good buy. You will be satisfied 😌 with this pillow. Plus you can't go wrong with the 2 for price. Excellent deal.

Nice Pillow, All Fluff , No Support

I would suggest buying two pillows and stuffing them both in to one pillow case. A single pillow just flattens out to nothing when you rest your head on it. I'm using my old pillow still, I've repurposed this pillow as another cat bed. The Cats Love It !!
