Skin-safe adhesive glue is required but NOT included with the ear forms — you will need to purchase medical-grade skin glue separately (available at most pharmacies or online). For safe and easy removal, we strongly recommend using mineral oil. Mineral oil gently dissolves the adhesive without irritating your puppy’s sensitive skin or causing discomfort, making the process safe and comfortable for your pup while helping preserve the forms for potential reuse. These ear supports help train and strengthen the ear cartilage so ears can stand properly. However, they are not a guaranteed solution for every case of soft or floppy ears — individual results can vary based on genetics, age, nutrition, and other factors. Ear forms assist natural development but cannot be the be-all and end-all fix. How to Apply : Clean and dry your puppy’s ears thoroughly. Trim the ear form if needed to match your puppy’s ear size. Apply a thin layer of skin glue to the form (or inside the ear per glue instructions). Gently insert and position the form to support the ear in an upright position.
