Change of Mind Returns & Exchanges Returns or exchanges for change of mind must be requested within 30 days of receiving the product. After this period, the customer is deemed to have accepted the goods and assumes full responsibility. Items must be in original packaging and unused; otherwise, a refund cannot be processed. 2. Confirm Size & Style Before Purchase Please double-check the size, style, and specifications before purchasing, as returns for incorrect choices may not be accepted. 3. Return Shipping Responsibility (Unless Faulty) Customers must obtain approval before returning any item. For change of mind returns,must be applied for within 30 days, otherwise returns are not allowed. 4. No Refund for Damaged Returns If a returned item arrives damaged due to improper packaging, no refund or exchange will be provided. 5. Refund Eligibility A full product refund will only be issued for items that are returned in their original, unused, and resalable condition. If the packaging is damaged, a 30% repackaging fee may apply, or the item may be returned to the customer. Products with missing or significantly damaged packaging cannot be returned. Installed, used, or damaged items cannot be returned or refunded. 6.
