I seem to be getting the big run around on my refund! I sent this item back because it was the wrong item sent to me! I ordered a 38x38 square base and was sent an octagon! This has put me behind on my remodel not to mention my refund! I trusted this company with my money and I can’t get it back! But they have their merchandise back unused in its original packaging! Not to mention the phone number is disconnected so I can’t call the company! What kind of business is this!? Man! Just submit my refund and we can part ways forever! I wouldn’t recommend this seller! They should be removed immediately from the website!
