Once you get past the chintziness, you'll see the beauty. It actually works quite well. When I first got it, I couldn't stop laughing. It's so chintzy lol! But hey, what do you expect for the price? Keeping that in mind, you'll be impressed at how well it works. I like mine so much, I got rid of my bigger, corded vacuum cleaner, now I use this one exclusively. Be sure to put tools or attachments on firmly. I had no problem with them falling off. The battery charge remains fine after vacuuming the entire place, though my place is quite small. I recommend charging it for at least 3 hours before the first use. All things considered, it was money well-spent. Love it, and highly recommend it.
