This is the second HP laptop of this size I have purchased in the last two years and will be my last, I always thought the idea of a laptop was just that you could perch it on you lap, not this one if you do the mains lead is prone to just fall out and when you check it, it's far from secure almost to the point your unit could be second hand, maybe it is a refurb?. So my last HP back to Samsung now for me
