And my husband doesn't know either ( and I'm not going to tell him because then he'll probably be fussy about it because it's different. He loves it too,, and I appreciate that it's plant based. This also is not soggy or overly starchy

You cannot taste a difference in this pasta. I have a very heightened sense of smell and taste and I'm telling you this stuff passes the test. This is all the pasta I plan on buying from now on so they better not discontinue it Ha Ha
