Buyer Beware: No returns permitted

Buyer Beware! NO RETURNS on this item and no explanation why! I bought two of these water dispensers for our RV refrigerator. One was OK but the second one leaked from the spigot into our RV refrigerator and collected water into the fruit/veggie section before we realized. We tested where the water was coming from over the sink and it was clearly from the spigot. I called Walmart for a return/refund but learned that on this item NO RETURNS. I asked why, but none was given. Not cool!
