Cooking instructions:In a large pot, heat four quarts of salted water and bring to a boil. Add the pasta and stir. Cook for nine to ten minutes, stirring occasionally and then strain. Reserve two to three tablespoons of pasta water to add to your sauce.Cook time 9-10 minutes.

A healthier pasta
I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. Whole grain Reginetti is a ribbon shaped, vegan, non gmo, pasta. It takes 2 to 3 minutes longer to cook than regular pasta. The brand is made in Hudson Valley, NY. It is a thick, ribbon design that would hold up to any sauce. it's is made from two organic US flours, duram semolina and hard red wheat flour. Because of this it has a more robust flavor, darker color and it is more nutritious. The shape originated in Naples as Mafaldine or "little queens" in Italian. I tried it with lasagne sauce and it held its own. Was a delicious al dente and a heartier flavor. I will likely buy it again but use a quality sauce on this. Enjoy. it's quite delicious. The pasta company has a website for recipes and pairing suggestions, being a chef crafted product.

Great noodles with a fancy look!
I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. This is my first time seeing and trying Sfoglini pasta noodles. I was quite amazed with the shapes that this brand has for their noodles. The taste of the noodles were great! You could tell the difference between the different noodle-types of whole grain, organic North American grains and the original that this brand sells - but in a good way! They cooked up well and made for a good pasta dish. I'll definitely be grabbing some more boxes of these next time I shop!
