Excellent tuelle!

I do, bro Alterations, so when one of my brides wanted something blue to be her tool layer, I looked at several different shops and found this deal at Walmart to be the best (especially with the local fabric store closing). 10 yards was just enough to have medium level gathers and still fan out by the ankles. I threaded elastic cording through it and the webbing held up well. Some tool will shred or rip as you try to thread different materials through it, but this held up! After the blue layer, I installed a white layer over top of it so that it wouldn't show through the thinner layers of the dress. It was the excellent addition this bride was looking for!
