Soaker works great

I have a big redwood tree in my front yard. I live in a condo and the Association is limited by the state of California for water. I hated seeing the tree dying so I figured out a way that the association and I could get along with me adding water to save it. This soaker works great. Uses very little water and gives the lovely redwood all it needs.
