After receiving your message on the 11th, we responded immediately and confirmed that we could send replacement parts for the damaged doors. We only needed photos of the damaged parts along with the corresponding part numbers from the instruction manual in order to proceed with the replacement shipment. However, we unfortunately did not receive a reply with that information afterward. We’re very sorry that the issue was not resolved in time.
