I love the shape and length of the barrel for long hair. My curls seem to stay pretty well as long as I curl thin strands so it takes a while. If I do larger pieces the curls won't last very long. The packaging however left a lot to be desired. The box didn't appear to be the original as it was very thin and flimsy. I hadn't realized that I was purchasing a used item. I wish that would have been stated previously.

Do not buy from Synergy Surplus! Item came in open box which seemed like either a refurbished or used product. I have purchased this exact same item before from another store and it came in an official box and sealed in a bag. I will not buy from this sellar again and do not recommend at all! Seems like they are selling used or refurbished items that are not in original packaging. I don't want to use product on my hair as I don't know where it came from or if it has been used prior.
