Complete vitamins for over 50
These vitamins seem to have a good variety of ingredients. They are easy to swallow and don't upset my stomach like some and there's no aftertaste. The bottle has a year's supply so it's a good value. Continued use will give me a good idea as to how they improve my overall health.
A tremendous value and all the good stuff in 1 tablet!
As a "mature" woman, I find myself always searching for supplements to help with the various deficiencies and ailments one faces in their later years. That is why I was so excited to get the opportunity to try the Spring Valley Adult Multivitamin 50+.. I was quite pleasantly surprised when I received the vitamins and saw that they are a one-a-day vitamin and the bottle contains 365 vitamins! A year's supply of vitamins in one bottle, OUTSTANDING! I wish I could get all of my supplements in that quantity. I was further impressed with the long list of benefits including 13 vitamins, 7 minerals, and special nutrients which include a blend of 19 fruits and vegetables. I need all of these ingredients as do most people. The tablet is fairly large but the texture is smooth and easy to swallow. I have no problems getting them down and there is no after taste. I do appreciate that the bottle is dark green and it comes with a silicone packet to keep moisture from permeating the bottle. As far as my health, it's a little early to see real results but I have noticed a little more energy in the mornings that I lacked prior to taking these supplements. I can see myself buying another bottle...... in about a year from now ;)
Feeling Better Everyday
I have been taking these vitamins for a few weeks now, and I couldn't be more pleased with them. I typically have a difficult time with vitamins upsetting my stomach, so I was happy that I didn't have any issues with these. I also appreciate that they are specifically formulated for people over 50. They include all the essential vitamins and minerals without any added extras. I was really impressed by how quickly I noticed a difference. Within the first week, I experienced improved focus and a noticeable boost in energy. The bottle size is another bonus, the 365 tablets ensure that I won't need to purchase vitamins for an entire year. The results I've seen so far from this multivitamin have been great. I look forward to seeing continued improvement in the weeks and months to come.
