Floors have a noticeable difference
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have hardwood floors throughout my home and keeping them clean is always tricky because I have a dog & two kids. This Shark hardwood floor cleaner does an amazing job at cleaning and my floors look great! First of all, assembling this floor mop is super easy. You just insert the handle in place and attach the two mop heads firmly. You do receive 4 mop heads total. It's important to make sure they're on completely because it will become loose and fly off which is what happened to me. I love the feature on the water tank. Just pull the lid down and fill with water (it says to use distilled water but I just used tap water and it was fine). A flask is included to fill the tank. The clear window allows you to see the maximum fill line. This mop has a light on it! Another wonderful feature! When you plug it in, the display will blink and that's where you select your settings (deep, normal or light). It says to give it about 30 seconds to produce steam. Use your foot to keep the mop in place and pull back on the unit back to start mopping. You'll need a firm grip on it while mopping. You can feel the rotating pads kind of pull it somewhat but it's easy to control. The mop isn't noisy at all. If you need a burst of steam for troubled spots, you can press the steam button (burst). I found that it really doesn't really help much for tougher messes such as track marks left from a hoverboard that wasn't supposed to be used indoors. This steam mop produces a good amount of steam and my floors look absolutely amazing now & so clean. I'd also like to mention that the pads are soft and I didn't notice any damage to my floors such as scratching the surface at all. I absolutely recommend this product as it has many fantastic features! It has a slim (not bulky) look that's easy to store when not in use.
Works great
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Shark steam and scrub with steam buster was very easy to put together and use, comes with 4 pads and a measuring cup for easy filling of the water . It works great and since its syeam the floor dries so fast. The pads are reusable and easy to wash and with two sets your always ready to use your machine . Its great for large and small areas would definitely recommend great quality and value.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned a steam mop before but it just wasn't that great. It would move the dirt around. You really have to vacuum well before you use a steam mop because this does not actually pick up the loose dirt. It was easy to put together, however, when I was trying to turn it on the first time, it kept blinking. You need to pull back the handle for it to start. It uses distilled water to preserve the inside parts. The hot water will disinfect your floor but I also squirted a bit of cleaner on the floor after a pet accident. You should not add chemicals to the water reserve. Once turned on, it kind of moves itself around but it is not hard to pull back. I love that it has lights so you can see the dirt better. It has 4 pads, which I definitely need. I do pet sitting and my floors get filthy quickly so the added extra pads allow me to continue on instead of stopping to wash the pads. The water reserve is not large so you will have to add more water. I didn't see a notification light as to when the water is low, which would help. There may be one, but I didn't see it. This mop gets the job done quickly! And most importantly feels so nice on my feet after I am done. The rotating pads really do a good job. There is a steam button for heavily soiled spots. It did not get rid of some of the dried-up gook but I just took a sponge and scrubbed it a little. I like not having to use harmful chemicals to clean the floor and feel good using this around pets. The pads are easily washed in the washing machine and you can add bleach if they become stained. I have used this on both tile and laminate. I am extremely happy with this mop. It definitely beats using a regular mop.
