Be Careful
I am giving this four stars because even though it does work, the instructions on how to use it aren't clear and you can easily burn your flowers or plants. You need to cut the neem oil with soap so it's not straight oil (horticulture soak) and only spray late at night. I sprayed extremely early and it still burned my plants. It does kill the insects. You just need to be very careful.
