[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These dissolvable tablets are very convenient no need for water and great for people who have a hard time swallowing. Pills. They are sublingual, meaning they bypass the digestive tract; they reduce stomach acid and are beneficial for people with gastrointestinal issues. They dissolved in your mouth, or under your tongue for faster absorption into the bloodstream unlike pill form. They taste great just like lemon and you only need one tablet a day. I like to start the day with Natrol and I can skip my coffee. This form of vitamin B-12 helps give me energy and no need for stimulants. No discomfort, smell, or aftertaste.
